We are a couple from Singapore who engaged Rental Wheel for our Royal Enfield Bullet 500cc from the 12th of December 2023 to 17th of December 2023. I have contacted them prior to our trip. They are fast in responding which was great! Deposit for confirmation was only 1000INR. When we eventually arrived at their office, all instructions and prices were given clearly. We made the rest of our payment inclusive of a safety deposit with no issues. The bike was great! No problems, built tough for the Indian roads. We rode from Jaipur to Pushkar and back again. We also got the luggage rack which was convenient. When we arrived back in Jaipur to return the bike, we were also given back our safety deposit. All in all, it was a smooth transaction and we will definitely rent from them again!

Had a Classic 500 for a month roadtripping around Rajasthan. After all I can recommend this shop 100%. From the first contact on communication was clear and straightforward, which I think is very important if renting a bike in another country. How do I pay?
You can pay through Cash, Card or UPI Payments
Can I have vehicle without license?
NO, you should have valid driving licence to rent a bike from us.
Can I use my friends license?
NO, the person want to hire the bike should be present at our office, we don't deliver the bike to third person.
What all documents I need to show?
The Hirer must have a valid driving license in original. For the rental process, you need to submit a valid government-issued ID, such as a passport, Aadhar card, corporate ID card, or an ID card issued to a government employee. After booking, you will receive a written agreement that details your rental <a href="/terms">terms and conditions</a>
Is there any security deposit?
Yes you have to pay security according to the vehicle, we refund the security the moment you deposit back the vehicle
Is fuel included in the vehicle?
Fuel has to filled by the customer itself as per requirement.
What if some fuel if left in the tank while return?
We do not reimburse fuel amount if something is left as it not possible for us to measure the fuel in the vehicle.
Is scooter allowed for outstation?
Scooter are only allowed for local as we don’t allow it for more than 50 km radius from our Store, but yes for outstation you can opt for Bike as we got a huge variety.
